Do I need to sign a new contract to buy your phones?
No, all of our phones can be purchased without the need to sign a new contract
What condition is the phone in?
We offer phones in five different conditions, all depending on what you’re looking for.
• New: Phones listed in this condition are new in the box and will include all manuals, software, and accessories which originally come with the phone. This is just like the phone you would receive if you signed a new 2-year contract with a phone carrier, except that you won’t have to with this one.
• Like New/Refurbished: The closest relative to a brand new phone. This phone is nearly perfect cosmetically. It may reflect one or two small scratches that are difficult to detect unless you’re looking for them. This phone will look like new and make you feel like a million bucks knowing how much money you saved.
• Great: The best of both worlds. Great price, but still looking good. This is our most popular seller. This phone reflects light use and displays minor scratches. The price, functionality, and look will have you feeling like it’s too good to be true.
• Fair: This phone has experienced normal wear and tear from daily usage. Will reflect noticeable scratches and may display some fading. However, it is fully functioning and a great option for bargain hunters as the price will blow you away.
• Poor: This phone is a workhouse. Fully functioning, but has been used excessively. Will show major scuffing, scratches, and fading. When you are looking for the cheapest used phone on the market, this is it.
Is there a warranty on my phone?
Yes, all phones are rigorously tested to ensure 100% functionality and therefore come with an unconditional 30 day warranty. If you are not satisfied with your phone for any reason, simply contact us to receive an RMA number and send it back within the 30 day warranty period. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Depends, single phone purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Multiple phones are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Heavier items such as laptop and desktop computers are shipped via FedEx Ground.
What are your U.S. shipping charges?
Complimentary Free Shipping on all items being shipped within the United States.
Do you accept international orders and what are your shipping charges?
Yes, we accept international orders; however, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any customs fees which may apply. We cannot be held liable for any customs delay.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, but the full cost of shipping the item would be the customer’s responsibility.
Are orders insured?
Yes, all items are insured up to $100.00 with the shipping carriers.
How long after I place my order will you ship the item?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
What accessories are included in my phone purchase?
The battery and charger come with every purchase. Additional accessories are sometimes included. See the item description for details.

All devices are carefully audited and certified to be 100% functional.

Are the phones ready to use when they are received?
Well, yes and no Phones are ready to use but they have no service. You will need to obtain service from a provider such as AT & T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or a local/regional provider.
What do you sell besides cell phones?
We also sell laptop computers, micro SD memory cards, USB Flash Memory, cell phone batteries and chargers. Occasionally we have other electronic devices for sale, so check our website often.
What’s a SIM Card and Do I need one?
Most cell phones are designed to use a Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) or microchip that stores subscriber data and can also store user contact information. The SIM card is issued by the carrier and provides service by activating any phone which it is inserted in. A locked phone however, will only recognize a SIM card from a particular carrier. Major U.S. carriers which utilize SIM cards are AT&T and T-Mobile. Around the world it is used by carriers such as Claro, China Mobile, Orange, and Vodafone.
Does a SIM Card come with the phone?
No. You can use your existing SIM card or go to your carrier and ask for one. If using yours, make sure that the phone you purchase is from the same carrier. Example: If you are using AT&T, then purchase an AT&T phone and it will work right away. You can also purchase any unlocked phone as they will work with any SIM card from any carrier.
What is an unlocked phone?
If a cell phone is unlocked, it will recognize a SIM Card from any GSM carrier around in the world. Carriers “lock” their phones by software which keeps them “loyal” to that carrier. This is what prevents someone with a T-Mobile phone from switching to AT&T and using the same phone. However, when unlocked, it can be used with any GSM carrier you wish.
